You can invest in our housing construction either by buying a part of an apartment, one or more apartments or the whole building, either in advance or during the construction. We build and sell your apartments and we guarantee you the profit of at least 200 euros per square meter in the period of time from 6 months to one year at the latest. There are no limits in terms of minimal and maximal investments. You can buy 1 m2 or all available apartments in the building.

This business is supported by regular sales contracts that gaurantee the safety of your investments. You will immediately become the owner of as many square meters as you want to buy, at a price that will be 200 euros lower than the planned one. We will assume the risk of having lower market price than planned at the time of sales, and should the price be higher, the difference will belong to you.
