The company was established in 1990 as a family business called Engineering, Trade and Foreign Trade Company Ferix with the main office in Belgrade, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 390. It was founded by three brothers Kuzmanovic – Predrag, Dragan and Nebojsa. Since then, the company has performed a number of status changes, acquired new investments, broadened the scope of work, and changed the structure of stockholders. Today, the company is called «Engineering, trade and foreign trade group Fering Ltd» Belgrade, Maksima Gorkog St 15. The initial capital is joint, with stockholders Dragan Kuzmanovic, Snezana Kuzmanovic (SAM citizens-residents). Radenko Stevanovic (SAM citizen, non-resident, working abroad) and William Johnston (alien, non-resident) each possessing 25% of the interest. Dragan Kuzmanovic, B.Sc. is the director of the company.

Mr. W. Johnston relinquished his shares (25%9 to Mr. R. Stevanovic(Serbo-Italian), who in relinquished his shares (50%) to Mr.& Mrs. Kuzmanovic who now have total control  with 100%. Mr.R. Stevanovic then created a new firm « SRBOGRAD «  based at  Ljermonta no.3 in BELGRADE. Mr. Stevanovic is the sole founder of this company, and although the two companies are closely linked this separation, financial and marketing , makes for more effecienct operation of the two.

The Director of ERING goup is Mr. D.Kuzmanovic and Mr. R. Stevanovic Director of  SRBOGRAD.

The company are registered for various activities, the primary being designing and construction of apartments and busines space, facilities, maintenance and refurbishment, renting, providing all financial and fiscal services, on behalf of both foreign and domestic customers. Wholesale and retail trade and export-import are secondary activities.

The company is currently building apartments at three construction sites: Save Tekelije (Vračar), Gundulićev Venac (Stari grad) and Stanislava Sremčevića (Zvezdara-Lion), in total 23 housing units covering approximately 2.100 m2. The signing of a new deal concerning construction at Toneta Tonsica site is underway –which will be continuation of the work at the already existing site Stanislava Sremcevica, Svetolika Rankovica (Vracar) with about 500 m2.

Our companies are small enterprises.In a company « Fering Group »continually are engaged 25 employers,4 in administration,21in project and production of construction.In company « Srbograd » is engaged 1 administration empoyer.

We  build apartments and business space applying the highest  construction standards.

The apartments are climatized through centralised  city heating system. The buildings have hydraulic, noiseless lifts that start from mandatory underground garages that are opened/closed by remote control. The whole building is covered by video surveillance composed of four cameras that can be viewed and recorded from each apartment. Camera 1 – building entrance, Camera 2 – garage, Camera 3 – personal garage space, Camera 4, apartment entrance. KDS cable internet, several telephone lines for each apartment etc. Personalized ceramics, classic oak floor, A1 – carpentry with window blinds and mosquito nets, etc. This quality is guaranteed in the buildings that we build from scratch. Such standards are limited in the buidings that are refurbished by our company, but we apply our full standards whenever it is possible. This means that we have OUR standard –SRBOGRAD/ FERING GROUP standard, and our warranty does not last for 2 years as the minimum mandated by the law. It lasts for five years.
