All our appartments and utility floor-space are sold in a uniform manner. With the introduction of VAT 8% , we have decided to absorb this into our pricing structure without any  increase for those buyers purchasing a property based on plans.

If one wishes to pay at completion-keys in hand, 10% is to be paid on deposit with  the remainder upon completion. However, the VAT (8%+5%) are imputed to the buyer.If you require the estimation of a property, we can udertake this estimation and deduct the cost from the price of an apartment.

If you apartment or house  in a Serbia we will do for you valuation of your property and if you agree,that price we can compesate with price your apartment(house)and for that price,final price detract.
